Located on a spectacular coastal headland at Dee Why on Sydney's northern beaches, this residence's strong angularity is borrowed from its rugged surrounds. It was conceived as a pair of extruded pavilions rotated from a central axis and floating above a recessive base. Its northern wing maximises solar access, while its southern counterpart flaunts a stunning ocean panorama. Construction is due to commence in late 2011.
